Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from a busy office with a market leading estate agency in the Nantwich area. As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be dealing with mortgages up to £500k, with an average property value of £150k. Where the mortgage and protection broker should bank £100,000 – £110,000 giving an earnings potential of £50,000 plus.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join part of a group that includes the largest and most successful independent estate agency group in Europe working from a very busy office in Nantwich
The busy well known estate agency branch in Nantwich requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work alongside the team of introducers. These professional introducers will refer over new leads on a daily basis. As well as receiving new leads, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will have unlimited access to the existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.
This branch will offer you 8 first appointments per week and look for you to write 2 mortgages with an average case size of £1,500
Due to the current market conditions, being a proactive mortgage broker is essential for this role, to ensure that the existing clients receive whole of market mortgage advice, to review their existing mortgage and protection arrangements.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Nantwich branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
Summary:
