Main Duties:
- Operate flexibly, choosing between home-based or office work.
- Manage and organize your schedule autonomously.
- Collaborate with a renowned estate agency in Rawtenstall.
- Offer comprehensive, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to prospective clients.
- Access and serve the existing client base, facilitating remortgages and product transfers.
- Ensure an optimal work-life balance with a practical approach to your duties.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Broker, or Adviser.
- Demonstrable track record in offering mortgage advice and protection products.
- Ideally located within a 30-minute commute of the Rawtenstall office.
- Possession of CeMAP, MAQ, or CF1 and CF6 qualifications.
- Clean credit history and full driving license are mandatory.
