Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-established wealth manager and mortgage broker firm in the Macclesfield area, where based on averages you will receive over 50 mortgage leads a month from various sources access to the existing client database of 4000, and the realistic potential to earn over £60,000 with hybrid working.
Main Duties:
Our client who is an established financial planning firm, and due to expansion and the increase in mortgage leads, require an additional experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join the current mortgage broker team in Macclesfield.
Our client is currently generating over 400 mortgage leads a month from various sources, including estate agency introducers, social media advertising, pay per click as well as various marketing tools.
As well as receiving 50 new mortgage leads a month, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Macclesfield area, you will also have unlimited access to the existing database of 4,000 existing clients, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
The mortgage leads and the existing client base live throughout the UK, so dealing with clients over the telephone or virtually is also required.
As you will be working with a wealth management firm, you will also be paid on referring over equity release, pensions, and investment business to the inhouse wealth advisers.
Working from home 1 -2 days a week as well as the office in Macclesfield, you will deal with the mortgage leads, offering whole of market protection on both mortgages and protection business.
As well as receiving all the new mortgage leads, with no reason to self-generate business (apart from referrals) you will also receive full mortgage administrative support to enable you as an experience mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Macclesfield to concentrate on dealing with clients and offer mortgage advice.
Key Skills:
Working for this well-established wealth management firm as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Macclesfield, the relevant mortgage qualification must have been attained, as well as experienced of offering mortgage and protection advice to clients in the UK.
A team player would also be desirable as you will be working with an established mortgage broker team in Macclesfield.
Along with the relevant mortgage qualifications, a full UK driving licence, plus a clean credit history with no criminal convictions is also essential.
