£24,000 – £28,000 basic, plus car or allowance, OTE £50,000 year 1, £75,000 year 2 onwards
Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Leytonstone office dealing with mortgages up to £1m, with an average property value of £500k
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from an established estate agency office in the Leytonstone area dealing with mortgages up to £1m and an average mortgage of £560,000, with nearly 200 properties are sold per month in the Leytonstone area.
The Leytonstone branch will generate 8 – 10 new mortgage leads per week, for the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to deal with, as well as receiving the new leads daily, you will also have unlimited access to the branches existing client base, where the opportunity to offer a remortgage service is massive.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Leytonstone branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various protection products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
A good team ethic and a proactive nature will ensure that as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, earnings of over £70,000 can be attained.
