£25,000 – £29,000 basic, including car allowance, financial guarantees to £50,000 for 6 months pension, life assurance – OTE £70,000-£95,000
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our client at a financial services-focused estate agent branch in Bedford. The role entails handling 10 new mortgage appointments weekly and accessing their existing client base to offer remortgage services. With the potential to write 2-3 mortgages weekly, this position offers a lucrative opportunity, with the opportunity to bank £200,000 annually and earnings of up to £95,000 based on their generous commission structure.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to work from a flagship and financial services focused estate agency brand in Bedford.
According to RightMove on average 320 properties are sold per month in the area, with an average property value of £330,000, however as an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker you will deal with properties up to £1m.
Based on the above figures as an experienced mortgage advisor in Bedford, this role offers a very busy diary and high earnings potential.
The branch prioritises high-quality mortgage leads and fosters a supportive team environment.
Based on our clients very generous sliding commission structure, as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker, based on averages you will receive a minimum of £275 per case rising to £687 per case banked.
Key Skills:
- CeMAP qualification
- Previous mortgage broker experience, preferably within an estate agency
- Full UK driving licence
- Clean criminal record and credit history
- Motivation to handle 10 new mortgage appointments weekly
