Overview:
A well-known estate agency brand requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Leeds office dealing with mortgages up to £850k, with an average property value of £200k.
Working with the experienced team, you will offer mortgage and protection advice to the whole of the Leeds area with no restrictions.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from an established estate agency branch in the Leeds area, as the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser covering the whole of the Leeds area, you will receive new mortgage leads daily.
As well as receiving new leads on a daily basis, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Leeds, you will have unlimited access to the existing client base, where you will offer a remortgage service ensuring that the clients receive a first-class service.
The Leeds office has a database of existing clients, deals with properties up to £850k with an average property value in the area is £200k.
The busy Leeds branch requires a proactive mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work alongside the team of introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.
This is an excellent opportunity as unlike other organisations as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will deal with mortgage and protection enquiries throughout the UK.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser covering the whole of the Leeds area, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions, a full UK driving licence is also essential.
Summary:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from a busy office in the Leeds area, dealing with the whole of the Leeds area, with new mortgage leads provided on a daily basis, you will also have unlimited access to the existing client base, whereas an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be able to sign up 2-3 mortgages per week, offering excellent earnings potential.
