Overview:
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or a mortgage adviser to work from a busy estate agency office in the Ipswich area.
Our client is offering a basic salary of £31,000 including car allowance, dependent upon experience plus full benefits including car or allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commissions, plus all leads provided on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working with the team of estate agency staff acting as your introducer, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and an existing client base in the Ipswich area.
Working closely with an estate agency introducer you will receive 10 – 12 mortgage leads per week, as well as receiving new leads, you will have access to the existing warm client database, to offer a remortgage or to revaluate their existing protection policies
As the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Ipswich estate agency branch, you will be responsible for managing your diary and speaking to the new clients as soon as the referral is passed over.
As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, it is imperative that you also offer advice on associate mortgage protection including life, life, and critical illness as well as income protection.
This busy estate agency office in Ipswich has previously enabled the mortgage broker to bank over £150,000 per annum and based on the commission and bonus structure, offers an earning potential of £75,000
Key Skills:
You must be an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or a bank-based mortgage advisor who is experienced in offering mortgage and protection advice and possess the relevant mortgage qualifications.
Being a team player is also essential for this role, as you will be working with the existing members of staff.
A clean credit history along with no criminal convictions and a full UK driving license is also essential for this role.
Summary:
