Job Title:
Branch Based Mortgage Broker – Gravesend
Remuneration:
Basic to £28,000, Car or Car Allowance, OTE £60,000 – £100,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives
Job Overview:
Working with one of Kent’s best-known estate agency brands with the market share in property sales, you will offer whole of market mortgage advice and be tied on protection advice to one of the UK’s strongest life companies.
Main Duties:
- Working from the busy estate agency branch in the Gravesend area, you will offer whole of market mortgage advice as well as protection advice through a well-known life company.
- The Gravesend branch is the one of the companies’ busiest branches and requires an experienced mortgage broker ideally with an estate agency background to deal with the hot leads referred over on a day-to-day basis.
- This branch had over 25 new listings last month, so plenty of opportunity to write business, as well as receiving new clients on a regular basis, you will also have access to the companies existing client database where you will offer a remortgage service.
- As the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser within the Gravesend branch, you will be working alongside the team of sales negotiators who will act as your mortgage introducers, you will ensure that the clients receive a first class and compliant service with regards to mortgages and protection business.
- This role offers an earnings position of £60,000 – £100,000.

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage and protection broker or mortgage adviser, to join one of Kents best known and reputable estate agencies as a whole of market mortgage broker working in one the companies’ busiest branches, with an OTE of £80k plus.
Key Skills:
- Experience of offering mortgage advice is essential for this role, ideally a mortgage broker with estate agency experience is preferred, however, applications will be considered from mortgage advisers from tied or independent background, providing CAS has been attained.
- You must also possess a full UK driving licence, along with a clean credit history.
