Basic to £24,000 plus car or allowance, OTE £55,000 – £60,000
Overview:
Experienced mortgage and protection brokers or mortgage and protection advisers in Chatham are required to work alongside the well-established existing team of experienced mortgage and protection brokers, with all leads, clients and administrative provided.
Main Duties:
Working with the existing long-standing team of mortgage and protection brokers, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will be required to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, as well as obtain referrals and recommendations due to your excellent customer service.
Working in the Chatham office, leads are generated via the existing client base, the established website, as well as other introducers including local estate agencies and referrals.
On average you will receive 6 – 7 high-quality mortgage leads per week, as well as remortgage business from the largely untapped loyal client bank that has been established for nearly 15 years.
Not only will our client provide 6 – 7 quality leads per week, but the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser based in Chatham will receive full administrative support, where all the mortgage applications will be submitted, and any outstanding information obtained and chased regularly.
You will also be required to obtain referrals and recommendations from existing clients to build your client base.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
A proven experience in building client relationships over the telephone, via videocall and face to face is also essential.
