Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Bracknell area dealing with mortgages up to £2m, with an average property value of £560k.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with one of the UK’s best known and recognised estate agency brands.
The Bracknell office has a database of existing clients of nearly 2000 individuals, deals with properties up to £2m with the average property value of £560k and nearly 100 properties sold per month in the area.
Dealing with the new clients and leads referred over on a regular basis, you will conduct a thorough fact find and find the most suitable mortgage to meet the clients needs.
As well as receiving new leads on a regular basis, the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will have unlimited access to the existing client base of over 2,000 individuals to review their existing mortgage and protection policies.
Based on the number of properties sold per month, as the only mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the branch, you should be looking to sign up 2-3 mortgages per week.
To enable the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to write as much business as possible, administrative support is also provided.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Bracknell branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various associated protection products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
