Role Overview: As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be instrumental in providing expert advice and guidance to clients, assisting them in navigating the mortgage process effectively. Working closely with our client’s team, you’ll assess clients’ financial situations, recommend suitable mortgage products, and guide them through the application process. Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial circumstances and objectives.
-Recommend appropriate mortgage products tailored to clients’ needs.
-Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process with professionalism.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
-Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and product developments.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
-Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and processes.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-CeMAP or equivalent qualification is preferred.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving targets.
