Basic to £29,000 including car allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commission – OTE £55,000 – £75,000

We are partnering with a well-known estate agency, seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor to provide expert mortgage and protection advice. This opportunity is based in their busy Northampton office, dealing with mortgages up to £650k and servicing a thriving real estate market where over 300 properties have been sold monthly in the past year.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Advisor in this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Mortgage and Protection Advice: Offer comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients within the Northampton branch.
- Lead Management: Collaborate with the established estate agency team, who regularly refer new leads, resulting in 8 – 10 new enquiries per week.
- Client Database Access: Enjoy unlimited access to the existing client base of nearly 1000, enhancing your business opportunities.
- Property Portfolio: Handle mortgage transactions for properties up to £650k, reflecting the dynamic Northampton real estate market.
- Client Engagement: Proactively contact existing clients to review their current mortgage and protection policies, while also receiving fresh leads daily.
Key Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- CeMAP Qualification: Essential for providing expert mortgage advice.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser.
- Mortgage Sales Track Record: A strong history of success in mortgage sales.
- Comprehensive Knowledge: An excellent understanding of mortgages and various products.
- Regulatory Compliance: Possession of the CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualification, along with CAS certification.
