£25,000 – £31,000 basic, including car allowance, pension, life assurance, OTE £45,000-£60,000
Overview:
Mortgage advisor required to work from a national estate agency in Milton Keynes, dealing with new leads generated via the incentivised staff as well as full access to the existing database, where as an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker you should write an average of 2 mortgages per week, giving you additional earnings of £1,600 per month.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully qualified (or equivalent) mortgage advisor or mortgage broker, to join one of the best-known national estate agency brands.
Covering the Milton Keynes branch, you will alongside a sale focused team of negotiators and provide regulated mortgage advice as well as the associated protection products. As well as receiving fresh leads from the team on a regular basis, you will also have access to the company’s database of existing clients.
As well as receiving new mortgage leads daily, and full access to the existing client base, you will have access to the whole of the mortgage market, to offer suitable and regulated mortgage advice.
Over 100 properties are sold per month in the Milton Keynes area, with an average property size of £450,000. Based on these figures as an experienced mortgage advisor, you will be very busy, dealing with the branch’s new client registrations.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage advisor or mortgage broker in the Milton Keynes branch, previous mortgage experience is essential.
Experience in offering whole of market mortgage advice is an advantage, however, is not essential, as applications will be considered from bank-based mortgage advisors or mortgage brokers.
You should also be prepared to contact the existing client based to offer a remortgage service and be a team player to work closely with the team of professional introducers.
You should also have a full UK driving licence, a clean credit history, with no criminal convictions.
