Salary: Basic £25,000 to £29,000 (including car allowance) Financial guarantees to £45,000 for 6 months Pension, DIS, commission, and bonuses OTE £80,000 – £110,000
Overview: A reputable estate agency is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Broker to join their dynamic team in the March, Cambridgeshire office. The successful candidate will provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, handling mortgages up to £800k with an average property value of £280k, and an average case size of £2,200 – £2,600.
Main Duties:
- Work with an established team of professional introducers in the March, Cambridgeshire area.
- Conduct 10 new mortgage appointments per week, with leads generated through incentivized introducers and unlimited access to the existing client base.
- Aim to write 2-3 mortgages a week with an average case size of £2,400, including broker and proc fees as well as life business.
- Benefit from a sliding commission scale, offering £240 – £600 per case.
- Historically, this branch has enabled in-house mortgage advisors to earn between £180,000 – £200,000 per annum, providing an earning potential of £90,000 – £110,000.
Key Skills:
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with experience in mortgage advice.
- Proficient in offering advice on protection policies, including life, CIC, and IPP.
- Clean credit history, compliance record, and no criminal convictions.
- Full UK driving license.
