Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser for a rewarding opportunity in Maidstone. This role entails working alongside a well-established estate agency brand, offering the potential for excellent earnings.
Main Duties:
As a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser, you will collaborate with a prominent estate agency brand in Maidstone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients.
- Receiving a steady stream of new leads and having access to an existing client database for reviewing their mortgage and protection arrangements.
- Offering compliant, regulated, and professional advice to ensure the seamless execution of the home-buying process.
- Coaching and training estate agency staff to identify new mortgage opportunities.
Key Skills:
To excel in this role, the following qualifications and qualities are essential:
- Prior experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser.
- Full CeMAP qualification and a strong understanding of the mortgage process.
- Driven, motivated, and dedicated to delivering excellence.
- Competency Advisor Status (CAS).
- A clean credit history.
- A valid UK driving license.
