Job Vacancy: Whole of Market Mortgage Advisor
Location: Longton, Stoke
Salary: Basic up to £29,000 including car allowance, plus financial guarantees to £45,000 for 5 months, with a realistic OTE of £55,000 – £70,000.

Overview: An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled Whole of Market Mortgage Advisor to join a busy estate agency in Longton, Stoke. As an integral part of the team, you will have access to a steady stream of new mortgage leads and a loyal existing client base. With properties sold averaging at 38 per month and a range of mortgage products at your disposal, this role offers fantastic earning potential.
Main Duties:
- Offer whole of market mortgage advice to clients within a busy estate agency environment.
- Utilise between 8 – 10 new mortgage leads provided weekly by the estate agency team.
- Access to a wide range of mortgage products suitable for properties up to £500k, with an average property size of £141,000.
- Provide tailored mortgage solutions and associated protection products from a panel of life companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their mortgage needs are met effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the estate agency team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Receive excellent commissions ranging from 10% – 25% on all business banked.
Key Skills:
- CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
- Proven track record as a successful Mortgage Advisor within an estate agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage market and associated products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
