Overview:
- Join an independently owned mortgage brokers linked to a top UK mortgage network.
- Work from home or a local estate agency in Gerrards Cross.
- Get provided with leads and mortgage admin support.
- Potential to earn £10,000 – £20,000 monthly.
Main Duties:
- Work from home and a local estate agency 2-3 days per week.
- Get hot leads from various sources.
- Collaborate closely with estate agency staff.
- Receive 7-10 new mortgage leads weekly.
- Access the existing client database.
- Offer full financial reviews.
- Mortgage admin support to provide whole-of-market mortgage advice.
- Top quartile earns over £100k per annum.
- Local estate agency enables you to bank at least £150,000.
- Earn from referring clients to the in-house wealth adviser.
Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of mortgages and products.
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) essential.
- Experience in mortgage sales.
- CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualification along with CAS.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own diary.
- Teamwork is essential.
