Basic to £23,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £30,000 – £35,000
Overview:
Mortgage administrator vacancy for an experienced administrative assistant to work alongside a senior mortgage and protection broker in the Redhill area.
Main Duties:
Working with a senior whole of market mortgage and protection broker, as the mortgage administrator, you will be required to offer full admin support, including acting as the first point of contact to clients, updating the of their mortgage applications.
You will also be required to liaise between lenders, sales progressors, mortgage advisers, the estate agency staff as well as the solicitors involved in the house purchase.
Not only will you be required to contact all parties involved in the mortgage process, but also be required to keep the computer database updated with any developments.
Key Skills:
As the mortgage administrator working alongside the senior whole of market mortgage and protection broker, you should possess excellent communication skills both written and oral to be able to keep all relevant parties updated with the mortgage process.
Attention to detail along with a good working knowledge of computers and software.
Mortgage administrative knowledge is preferred, however, is not essential, providing you can demonstrate previous admin experience.
