Overview:
A Mandarin speaking trainee mortgage advisor is required to work for an established independently owned mortgage broker firm with very strong links to various professional introducers, with a basic salary, full training, CeMAP qualifications paid for plus all leads provided.
Main Duties:
Due to the number of increased enquiries from overseas clients looking to purchase property in the UK, especially in China, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong, a Mandarin speaking trainee mortgage advisor is required to join the mortgage broker team.
Our client has seen an increase in Mandarin speaking clients, and as such are now looking for trainee mortgage advisors or trainee mortgage brokers or trainee mortgage advisers, to deal with the clients in professional manner, offering whole of market mortgage advice.
Working with the existing team of mortgage brokers, there is plenty of training and support available to ensure that as a trainee mortgage advisor you provide mortgage and protection advice working from the Rickmansworth office.
As a trainee Mandarin speaking mortgage advisors or trainee mortgage brokers or trainee mortgage advisers, you will work with the existing team of mortgage brokers in the Rickmansworth office, dealing with overseas buyers and property investors, where you will be able to submit 10 – 15 mortgage applications a month.
Full mortgage training and support provided, along with assistance in taking and passing the CeMAP qualifications.
Our client has links with various introducers throughout the UK including estate agents, property developers, new build sites as well as other professional introducers.
As a trainee Mandarin speaking mortgage advisor or trainee mortgage broker, you will carry out in depth and detailed fact finds with the new clients and source a suitable mortgage product, meeting their needs and requirements.
You will offer whole of market mortgage advice and refer the protection business to the dedicated experienced team of protection brokers.
Not only will all the leads be provided, but so will full administrative support. Once the client has accepted your mortgage proposal, all the files will be passed to the new business team who will process the new business and chase any outstanding information.
This will enable you to deal with each new client in a professional and timely manner.
Based on the time available due to the slick operation of my client you should be able to complete 10 – 15 mortgage cases per month generating an additional £7,000 – £10,000 per annum.
Key Skills:
As a trainee mortgage advisor dealing with overseas buyers and property investors, it is essential that you are able to communicate in Mandarin, along with good customer service skills.
As a trainee mortgage advisor or trainee mortgage broker, ideally you will possess previous sales or customer service experience.
Willingness to study and pass the CeMAP qualifications, along with a clean credit history, no criminal convictions is essential.
