Basic to £35,000 including car allowance, all IT equipment, OTE £70,000 – £85,000
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-established, independently owned mortgage broker firm, as a hybrid new build mortgage broker, offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
Main Duties:
A rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home and the office in the Milton Keynes area, dealing with new build mortgage leads, generated via various new build developers in and around the home counties.
Working closely with the new build developers as well as other sources, as an experienced mortgage broker, you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with new mortgage leads received daily.
As the new build mortgage broker, you will receive enough leads for you to enable to write £15,000 – £20,000 a month, which based on averages you will earn an additional £3,000 – £4,000 a month in bonuses and commission.
As well as our client providing all the leads and clients, as an experienced new build mortgage broker you will be able to work from home and the office in the Milton Keynes area.
To enable you to write a high volume of mortgage business as well as dealing with the clients in a fast-paced environment, mortgage administration is also provided.
You will be required to offer mortgage advice on new build mortgages as well as shared ownership mortgages.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice, living in the Bedfordshire area.
New build mortgage broker experience would also be a distinct advantage along with experienced in-home working, excellent communication skills both written and orally are imperative.
A clean credit history, no complaints or discipline issues, no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
