Job Opportunity: Hybrid Mortgage Advisor in Milton Keynes

Overview: An exceptional opportunity awaits for a fully qualified mortgage advisor, broker, or adviser to work closely with a renowned market-leading estate agency in the Milton Keynes area. This hybrid role focuses on properties up to £600k with an average sale price of £340k, offering tremendous earnings potential exceeding £100k.
Main Duties: If you’re an experienced mortgage advisor, broker, or adviser, this is a rare opportunity to work from home or the office in Milton Keynes. You’ll be dealing with properties averaging £350k and properties over £600k. Working in collaboration with the team, you will provide whole-of-market mortgage solutions to both new and existing clients, in addition to a panel of lenders for protection advice.
The market-leading estate agency will refer 6-8 new mortgage leads each week and offer mortgage admin support. This hybrid working arrangement comes with excellent commissions, including an increased percentage for self-generated business. You’ll join an existing team of brokers who are banking between £15k – £20k per month.
Key Skills: Applications are open to experienced mortgage advisors, brokers, or advisers with the full CeMAP qualification and a track record in offering mortgage and protection advice. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous estate agency experience is a significant advantage. A home office setup, self-discipline for diary management, a clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full clean driving license are essential.
