This role offers the flexibility to work from home or a local estate agency office in the Dunstable area, either on an employed or self-employed basis. The opportunity comes with an abundant supply of hot leads, providing the potential to bank £10,000 – £20,000, earing £5,000 – £10,000 per month.
Main Duties:
As a Mortgage Advisor in this dynamic role, you will:
- Work from the comfort of your own home or from a local estate agency office in Dunstable.
- Receive a consistent flow of hot leads from various sources, including online estate agencies, well-established local estate agencies, referrals, and telephone inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with estate agency staff in Dunstable, receiving 7-10 new mortgage leads every week.
- Have access to the existing client database, offering not just mortgage reviews but comprehensive financial reviews encompassing pensions and investments.
- Benefit from dedicated mortgage administration support to maximize your time spent providing whole-of-market mortgage advice.
- Join a team where existing Mortgage Advisors are banking between £10,000 – £20,000 per month, with top performers earning over £100,000 per annum.
- Expect to bank at least £150,000, translating to a minimum earnings potential of £75,000 per annum, based on historical figures.
- Earn additional income by referring clients to the in-house wealth adviser, who provides guidance on pensions and investments.
- Receive a larger commission percentage for any new business you self-generate, whether through referrals or your existing client base.
Key Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- An excellent knowledge of mortgages and various financial products.
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor in a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment, demonstrating a strong track record in mortgage sales.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own diary.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
