£24,000 – £26,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, pension, DIS, OTE £40k in year 1, £65k – £70k year 2 onwards
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage broker to join a well-known national brokerage firm in the new build department covering the Newcastle area. Working from home you will receive 6-8 mortgage leads per week, and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads.
Main Duties:
A rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work from home with all necessary IT equipment provided offering new clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
Dealing with local new build developers you will receive 6 – 8 hot new leads per week. You will offer mortgage and protection advice on a non-fee basis. As well as receiving the new leads regularly you will be able to generate your leads from contacting various new build sites in the Newcastle area.
You will also be required to maintain the business relationship with the new build developers.
As you will be dealing with new build inquiries, you must deal with inquiries in a swift and precise manner, as the new build sites will want a commitment from the clients looking to buy a new build property.
As well as obtaining leads from the various new build sites, you will also receive leads from companies referring over help to buy and shared ownership referrals.
You should be looking to bank at least £2,500 per week.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice.
A new build mortgage broker would also be a distinct advantage along with experienced in-home working.
