Basic to £29,000 including plus car allowance, pension, bonus, all IT equipment, OTE £55,000 – £80,000
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage advisor, or mortgage adviser, or mortgage broker to join a well-known national broker firm in the new build department covering the Kent area. Working from home you will receive 4-6 mortgage leads per week, and you will also be required to contact the existing new build sites to generate additional leads.
Main Duties:
A rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage advisor, or mortgage adviser, or mortgage broker to work from home with all necessary IT equipment provided offering new clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
Working closely with a shared ownership company, as well as some of the largest and best-known property developers in the UK, as the experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker living in the Kent area, you will receive 4 – 6 hot new leads per week.
Dealing with these new leads in a professional and timely manner, you will offer mortgage and protection advice on a fee and non-fee basis. As well as receiving the new leads on a regular basis you will be able to generate own leads from contacting various new build sites in the Kent area.
You will also be required to maintain the business relationship with the new build developers. As you will be dealing with new build enquiries it is imperative that you deal with enquiries in a swift and precise manner, as the new build sites will be wanting a commitment from the clients looking to buy a new build property.
As the new build mortgage broker, or mortgage adviser, or mortgage advisor, in the Kent area, you will receive enough leads for you to enable to write £10,000 – £15,000 a month, which based on averages you will earn £55,000 – £80,000.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers, or mortgage advisors, who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice, living in the Kent area.
New build mortgage experience would also be a distinct advantage along with experienced in home working, excellent communication skills both written and orally are imperative.
A clean credit history, no complaints or discipline issues, no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
