Overview:
An opportunity for an experienced mortgage professional to join one of the UK’s best known and largest mortgage networks in the UK as a home based mortgage fraud officer, working alongside a team of mortgage and protection brokers.
Main Duties:
Working from home for one of the UK’s best known and recognised brands, as a home-based mortgage fraud officer.
Working from home, alongside an experienced team of mortgage and protection brokers, you will be required to working closely with the team, who will highlight potential mortgage fraud cases to you.
Working with the mortgage broker and checking every part of the mortgage application, including supporting documents, as a home based mortgage fraud officer, you will be required to ensure that the new mortgage application is fraudulent.
This role is a vital part of the mortgage application process, you will ensure that the potential fraudulent mortgage case is checked thoroughly and if found it is, should be referred back to the mortgage broker to highlight to the relevant organisations.
Our client will offer the opportunity to work from home, and liaise with the mortgage brokers via, telephone, online and via emails.
Key Skills:
Previous mortgage experience and knowledge is essential for this role. Mortgage administration or even mortgage advising experience would be advantageous.
Attention to detail, along with an understanding of key money laundering facts are also required for this role.
Summary:
An opportunity for an experienced mortgage professional, who is looking for a technical mortgage role and the opportunity to work from home. As a home based mortgage fraud officer, you will be working alongside a team of mortgage and protection brokers, dealing with any enquiries or concerns, over the phone, virtually or via email.
