Overview:
An established directly authorised HNW mortgage broker firm who specialises in dealing with the business owners and managing and financial directors of SME’s, requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer advice on residential, buy to let, commercial and development finance
Main Duties:
Working with this directly authorised HNW mortgage broker specialist firm you will be required to deal with up to 50 new enquiries per week, working with HNW clients, mainly with the business owners and decision makers of SME’s, offering advice on residential mortgages, buy to let, commercial and development finance.
Our client has an excellent marketing strategy including social media, networking, and other introducers and will generate enough leads and enquiries to enable the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the City of London, to deal with up to 10 new enquiries per day.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will charge a broker fee of £2,000 and the average case size including protection is £4,000. As well as a large number of leads and referrals, the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser based in the city of London will receive full admin support, extensive marketing and an internal underwriter.
Due to the high levels of leads being passed over, an experienced mortgage broker should be looking at banking 10 – 15 mortgages per week.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced polished, well-presented mortgage brokers who possess the relevant qualifications and can deal with HNW and UHNW clients.
The key to this role is to offer the clients a first-class full service ensuring that you retain business therefore relationship building is key to this role.
