To £45,000 basic plus bonus and commissions, OTE £75,000 – £90,000
Overview:
An established HNW mortgage specialist requires an HNW mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a broker firm working in London near Canary Wharf, dealing with leads generated via various sources and introducers dealing with new and existing clients specializing in mortgages over £500k as well as complex mortgage cases referred by various introducers.
Main Duties:
Working with this HNW mortgage broker firm you will be required to deal with new and existing HNW clients offering whole of market, specialist mortgage advice.
Dealing with mortgages over £500k as well as complex mortgage cases, you will be required to offer suitable regulated whole of market mortgage advice to the clients.
Our client receives leads from various sources including mortgage broker firms, private banks, accountants, solicitors, referrals as well as excellent internet inquiries.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced polished, well-presented mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess the relevant qualifications and can deal with HNW and UHNW clients. The key to this role is to offer the clients a first-class full service ensuring that you retain business therefore relationship building is key to this role.
Working knowledge of 360. Net would be advantageous.
