Overview:
Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker to work in a flagship office in Bow & Hackney where an average of over 145 properties are sold per month in the geographical location, you will be dealing with mortgages up to £1,400,000, however, the average property price is from £520k up to £800k giving excellent earnings potential.
Main Duties:
Covering the Bow & Hackney branches you will work alongside a pro-active financial services friendly manager and staff. You will be dealing with HNW clients, where the average mortgage loan size is £520k – £800k and the average case size is £3,000 plus.
This branch will enable the successful broker to bank over £200k and earn over £100k.
As well as receiving new leads on a day to day basis, the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will have unlimited access to the existing database of HNW clients, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service to the HNW clients.
Not only will the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser be dealing with HNW clients, but you will receive full administrative support.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers, who possess the CeMAP qualification, with an excellent track record of advising on mortgages and protection.
Previous experience of dealing with HNW clients would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
