Job Title: HNW Mortgage Advisor
Location: Holborn
Remuneration:
Basic £35,000 – £50,000, OTE £80,000 – £150,000
Overview:
A unique opportunity for an experienced HNW mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to join a well-established mortgage broker firm and work with a clientele of affluent individuals, offering expert advice on mortgages and protection for properties valued between £400k and £14m. Our client’s team of senior brokers consistently generates impressive banking figures ranging from £200k to £400k annually.
Main Duties:
- Work closely with a diverse range of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, providing comprehensive mortgage and protection advice.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of experienced mortgage advisors and mortgage administrators, ensuring seamless client interactions.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and present tailored mortgage solutions aligned with each client’s unique needs and objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with professional introducers, expanding the firm’s client base and enhancing its reputation.
- Maintain a steadfast commitment to providing exceptional customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Remuneration:
- Competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £50,000, complemented by attractive benefits and bonus opportunities.
- Average annual earnings estimated between £85,000 and £150,000, with top earners achieving impressive figures of up to £200,000.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of success as an experienced and polished mortgage advisor or mortgage broker.
- Possess the requisite qualifications and extensive experience in dealing with HNW and UHNW clients on a fee-charging basis.
- At least three years of experience in offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism, reflecting the firm’s commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
