To £22,500 basic, dependent upon experience OTE £25,000 – £29,200

Overview:

An excellent opportunity for a customer service manager to join one of the top Appointed Representative businesses within the Shrewsbury area to manage the customer service team to make sure it performs at the highest standard possible and keep them in line with the companies’ rules and regulations.

Main Duties:

Working within one of the well-known mortgage broker firms in the Shrewsbury area managing a customer service team and also be the first point of contact with prospective and existing clients.

Having the flexibility to work from the office most days but have the chance to work from home from time-to-time working as a sort of Hybrid Customer Service Agent

The mortgage broker firm is one of Shrewsbury’s best-known brands in the Shropshire area and has an unrivalled reputation.

As well as interacting with new and existing clients you will manage the diaries of advisors and book-in appointments with clients.

This truly is a remarkable opportunity that offers work/life balance as well as a common-sense way of working.

Key Skills:

Have an engaging personality and easily connect with new and existing clients and be able to build rapport with advisors and introducers.

Previous customer service experience is essential, as well as having GCSE or equivalent in Maths or English.

Good written and oral communication along with numeracy skills. Drive, ambition and self-motivation will help.

Experience with Microsoft, such as Word, Excel etc…

Must be able to work under the pressure of a targeted environment and be committed to going the extra mile for the clients or colleagues.
