Overview:

An excellent opportunity for a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser who is looking for additional leads, flexible working, and generous commission splits, with an OTE of £80,000, living within an easy commute of the Enfield office.

Main Duties:

Our client is offering the opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Enfield area, to work on a flexible basis with an established estate agency office.

As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will have the flexibility to work from home or the financial services focused estate agency office in the Enfield area. As a self-employed mortgage broker or mortgage adviser our client will offer new mortgage leads referred over daily, as well as passing over existing client’s remortgage and product transfers details.

You can receive up to 10 – 12 mortgage enquiries per week, these will consist of new mortgage leads, remortgage business, and product transfers. As well as dealing with mortgages, you will also offer protection advice.

With a very generous commission splits and an uplift of own mortgage business, the earnings potential is huge, with realistic on target earnings of £80,000 – £100,000 per annum.

Although this role is a self-employed opportunity, time spent in the Enfield office with the established team of introducers is essential, to build and maintain a strong working relationship, however, our client offers flexible working.

Key Skills:

Previous experience as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is essential , along with the ability work in a team environment, excellent communication skills and a strong worth ethic.

As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will also possess the CeMAP qualification and a knowledge of the mortgage industry. Time management and the ability to work at a fast pace is required.
