Overview:
A well-known HNW estate agency in the London area requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the busy estate agency office in the Brixton dealing with mortgages up to £900k, with an average property value of £400k
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from one of London’s best known and prestigious estate agency brands, dealing with HNW clients in the Brixton office.
The financial services focused team of introducers will refer 10-12 new clients per week. Along with new leads being referred over every day, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will have unlimited access to the branches existing client database.
Due to the current interest rates, its imperative that the existing clients be contacted in plenty of time to assess their mortgage and protection business. As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living within an easy commute of Brixton, you will be able to fill your diary with the existing clients.
The Brixton estate agency office has a database of over 150 existing clients, deals with properties up to £900k with an average property value in the area is £400k with over 45 properties sold per month within a quarter of a mile in the area.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the HNW Brixton branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various associated protection products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
A pro-active approach is also essential for this role to take full advantage of the loyal existing client database.
