To £35,000 basic plus bonuses – OTE £40,000.
Overview:
An established HNW mortgage specialist requires an experienced mortgage paraplanner to work alongside a highly successful mortgage broker who is currently completing 15 – 20 residential mortgages per month.
Main Duties:
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage professional to join a very well established HNW mortgage broker firm working in Canary Wharf as a mortgage paraplanner.
The HNW mortgage brokers are currently completing 15 – 20 mortgages applications per month where the average case size is over £3,000 as well as dealing with high value mortgages the experienced team of mortgage brokers deal with complex and unusual mortgage applications.
As a mortgage paraplanner you will offer full administrative support to the team of mortgage brokers, you will assist in undertaking fact finds, researching the mortgages as well as presenting suitable solutions to the mortgage broker to advise the client.
As well as assisting in sourcing suitable mortgages you will also be required to speak to the clients ensuring the smooth running of their mortgage application.
Once the client is happy with the recommendations you will be required to package the case together ensuring that all documents are correct and the case is compliant, as well as meeting the company high standards
Using the company’s customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain compliance and accurate record keeping.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage professionals including senior sales support, mortgage paraplanners and even mortgage brokers who are looking to move into an administrative role.
Experienced in dealing with HNW clients would also a distinct advantage.
Summary:
A mortgage paraplanner is required to work alongside a team of HNW mortgage advisers offering them and the clients a first-class service, ensuring that the mortgage processes run smoothly.
