Job Description: Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Location: Medway, United Kingdom
Salary: £26,000 basic pay + Holiday Commission

Role Overview: As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful mortgage professional. Working closely with our team of experienced advisors, you will learn the intricacies of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in understanding their mortgage options and financial goals.
- Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and financial situations.
- Providing tailored mortgage advice and recommendations based on individual circumstances.
- Supporting clients throughout the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to completion.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
- Atleast CeMAP 1 certificate.
