Salary: £20,000 basic pay with uncapped commission scheme and OTE of £40,000, plus car allowance

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our client’s team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance, customer service, and helping others achieve their financial goals. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to become a fully qualified mortgage advisor, while also earning a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior mortgage advisors in providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and services.
- Learn and understand the mortgage application process, including assessing client eligibility, conducting affordability assessments, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets for mortgage sales and customer satisfaction.
