£19,000 basic, OTE – £25,000 – £27,000
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced sales negotiator to join one of Yorkshire’s best known. reputable and award-winning estate agency organisations, working from a busy vibrant office in Pudsey, Leeds.
Main Duties:
Working for one of Yorkshires best known estate agency brands as a sales negotiator in the Pudsey, Leeds office you will work closely with the established team assisting clients buy their dream home.
Working in the busy team environment, customer care, attention to detail and a friendly personality is what is required for this sales negotiator role in the Pudsey branch. Dealing with the customer requests in a timely manner, will you be required to book market appraisals and or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests to assist with their move.
Working closely with the customers, you will build customer relationships to promote and book appointments.
As well as helping the customers purchase their property, you will be required to cross sell the company’s range of opportunities at all times, by identifying and recommending related services to customers, enhance the customer experience.
Dealing with clients over the phone, face to face and virtually, you will be responsible for accurately recording all information collated,
Key Skills:
For this sales negotiator role working in the busy estate agency office in Pudsey, Leeds, you must have gained previous experience working as a sales negotiator in an estate agency environment, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, along with excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience of working in an estate agency environment is essential.
A passion for property and people, along with a warm, friendly personality and willingness to learn new skills is required.
