Overview:
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager to join a national mortgage broker firm, supervising an existing team of 10 – 14 employed home-based new build mortgage and protection brokers in Yorkshire, offering a basic to £50,000 (dependent upon experience) and an OTE of £90,000, although the earnings potential are uncapped.
Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage sales manager, you will be responsible for supervising an existing team of employed home-based new build whole of market mortgage and protection brokers, dealing with various new build developers, as well as professional introducers including shared ownership associations.
Working closely with the existing team of mortgage brokers who are based in and around Yorkshire, as the mortgage sales manager you will mentor, coach, and train the existing team of experienced mortgage advisors, as well as recruiting additional mortgage advisors if and when required.
As the mortgage sales manager you will carry out observations; one to ones, as well as analysing KPI figures to ensure that the mortgage advisors are achieving targets set.
Our client will offer a basic to £50,000 plus a car or car allowance, financial guarantees for 6 months and a realistic OTE of £80,000 in year 1 and the realistic opportunity to earn over six figures thereafter. As an experienced mortgage sales manager, you will receive commission and bonuses on all business banked by your team of mortgage and protections brokers.
Key Skills:
As the mortgage sales manager covering the Yorkshire area, supervising an existing team of 10- 14 employed home-based mortgage and protection brokers, previous mortgage sales management experience is essential.
Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers from banks, building societies or mortgage broker firms.
A proven track record of supervising a team of CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers, along with a clean credit history, a full UK driving licence with no drink driving offences and with no previous criminal convictions is required.
Summary:
An experienced mortgage sales manager is required to supervise an existing team of 10 – 14 employed home-based mortgage and protection advisors. Working closely with the team you will ensure that your team maximise every client appointment, ensuring that leads are being dealt with in a professional and timely manner and that the introducers and clients are happy with the service provided. A basic salary to £50,000 plus full benefits and an OTE of £80,000 is on offer.
