Basic to £21,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE – £22,500
Overview:
Opportunity for a mortgage administrator to join and a well-established team to provide administration to whole of market mortgage brokers, with the option to become a trainee mortgage broker.
Main Duties:
Working alongside the professional team of whole of market mortgage brokers, as a mortgage administrator, you will be required to keep clients fully aware of the progress of their mortgage. Liaising with lenders, solicitors, sales progressors, mortgage advisors & and residential branch managers.
Updating records contained on the computer software, and maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority.
Our client will offer the successful applicant to obtain their CeMAP qualifications and progress their career as a trainee mortgage broker or as a fully qualified mortgage administrator
Key Skills:
Applications will be considered from individuals with exceptional customer service experience, along with fantastic attention to detail, be able to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
You should also be motivated, tenacious, energetic hard working and focused. Excellent planning with the ability to prioritise workload and aware of the mortgage process (would be an advantage).
