Overview:
A well-known award-winning local estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage advisor to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Sandbach area, with all leads, full access to the existing clients and an OTE of £60,000.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join one of the best known and reputable estate agency brands in the Sandbach area.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working with the dedicated team of introducers, you will receive new mortgage leads on a daily basis. As well as receiving new hot leads, you will also have full access to the branches existing database of clients where you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
In the Sandbach office, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will deal with an average property size of £270k, however you will be dealing with property values of up to £800k.
As well as offering whole of market mortgage advice, you will also be required to offer full advice on the associated protection products, including life assurance, critical illness and income protection
Based on averages, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be dealing with an average case size of £2,500 giving earnings of a minimum of £250 per case and you with the opportunity to write 3 mortgages per week, this will result in an additional £3,000 per month on top of the generous basic salary.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Sandbach branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills will also be required, along with the ability to contact the branches existing warm client database.
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment possessing a good track record in mortgage sales, along with the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification.
CAS would be a distinct advantage, however, is not essential for this role, as our client offers excellent training and support.
A clean credit history, along with no criminal convictions and a full uk drivers’ licence is essential for this role.
