Location: Medway
Remuneration:Competitive Basic: £24,000 – £28,000
- Additional Benefits: Car/Car Allowance
- Financial Guarantees: Up to £45,000 for 6 months
- Bonus Opportunity: OTE £60,000 year 1, £80,000 year 2
Overview:
Join a well-known estate agency as an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, offering mortgage and protection advice from a vibrant office in the Medway area, dealing with mortgages up to £600k.
Main Duties:
As a Mortgage Advisor, Broker, or Adviser in the bustling Medway office, you’ll work alongside a team of 9 branch staff, providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients. This branch generates 10 first appointments per week and boasts an impressive range of over 200 properties on the market, with 20 new sales each month.
Your role as an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker or Adviser includes collaborating with introducers to handle new mortgage leads generated daily. You’ll have unlimited access to Medway’s loyal client database, allowing you to offer remortgage services, a crucial aspect of guiding clients through available options.
Ensuring clients receive the best mortgage advice and associated protection products is paramount in your role as a Mortgage Broker or Adviser in Medway.
Key Skills:
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Excellent knowledge of mortgages and associated protection products
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
Applications will be considered from experienced Mortgage Advisors looking to transition into Mortgage Brokers, or existing Mortgage Brokers seeking to work alongside a motivated team of introducers.
A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license are essential for this role.
