Basic £22,000 – £26,000, financial guarantees to £50,000 for 6 months plus pension, DIS, car or car allowance, OTE £60,000 – £70,000
Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Kenilworth, Coventry office dealing with mortgages up to £2m, with an average property value of £550k
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with an established team of professional introducers in the Kenilworth area.
The Kenilworth office has a database of existing clients of nearly 2000, and deals with properties up to £2m with an average property value in the area is £550k with nearly 80 properties sold per month in the area.
Our client will offer new leads daily, to the successful mortgage broker or mortgage adviser based in Kenilworth, as well as new enquiries, the in-house mortgage broker will have access to the branches 2,000 existing clients.
As well as all leads the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will benefit from full mortgage administrative support, to ensure that your valuable time is offering whole of mortgage advice rather than chasing and dealing with mortgage administration
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
