Overview:
An established estate agency in the Guildford area requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
Covering 2 busy estate agency offices in Guildford, the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will deal with mortgages up to £700k, with an average property value of £650k.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with an existing team of introducers in the Guildford office.
The offices in the Guildford area, require an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work alongside the existing team, receiving 8-10 new mortgage appointments per week.
As well as receiving new hot leads on a regular basis, the busy branch requires a proactive mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work alongside the team of financial services-focused introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receive fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.
You will be alongside a sale-focused team of negotiators and provide regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products. As well as receiving fresh leads from the team on a regular basis, you will also have access to the company’s database of existing clients. Not only are qualified leads referred over, but you will also have at your disposal 00’s of different mortgage products and competitive protection policies.
Dealing with properties up to £700k, and an average case size of £2,500 our client offers excellent earnings potential. On average over 90 properties are sold per month in the geographical area.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
