Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Greenford office dealing with mortgages up to £2m, with an average property value of £560k
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from a vibrant busy estate agency office in Greenford.
The Greenford office has a database of existing clients of nearly 2000, deals with properties up to £2m with an average property value in the area is £560k with nearly 100 properties sold per month in the area.
Working alongside the established team of estate agency staff, you will receive leads on a day to day basis, dealing with these leads in a swift and timely manner, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
As well as receiving new leads on a regular basis, the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will have access to the warm existing client bank, where a remortgage service can be offered.
The mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will receive new leads, as well as having access to the existing clients, as well as all the leads, administrative support is provided to enable the mortgage broker to write high levels of business.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Greenford branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
