- Remuneration: £25,000 – £30,000 basic plus monthly bonuses, OTE £45,000 – £60,000
Overview:
- Join an independent financial services firm in Stockton.
- Seek an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker.
- Handle leads from various sources, including an extensive client base.
Main Duties:
- Due to the retirement of the existing mortgage and protection advisor, our esteemed financial services client seeks a fully qualified mortgage advisor or mortgage broker.
- Work with leads from an extensive client base.
- Collaborate with in-house financial advisors specializing in pensions and investments.
- Receive leads from equity release advisors.
- Leverage internet leads and referrals.
- Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
- Gain access to a wide range of mortgage lenders and a strong protection business panel.
- Earn bonuses and commissions for completed mortgages and protection.
- Refer business to the pension and investment advisors for additional earnings.
Key Skills:
- Hold a full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Possess competent adviser status (CAS) and a successful track record in mortgage advice.
- Ambitious, driven, goal-oriented, highly personable, and presentable.
- Capable of generating activity through introducers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence to offer a remortgage service to existing clients.
