Overview:
A flagship financial services focussed estate agency in Northampton, requires an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to work with the team and receive 10 – 12 new mortgage leads a week, this branch was the highest branch with regards to mortgage appointments nationally last year as well as the highest appointment to mortgages written, with the realistic opportunity to bank over £150k per annum, which results in earnings of £75,000 plus on the leads provided alone!!
Main Duties:
- Work alongside a team of estate agents to receive 10 – 12 new mortgage appointments weekly.
- Utilise access to an existing client base to supplement appointments and offer a remortgage service.
- Write 2-3 mortgages weekly with an average case size of £2,500, benefiting from a generous sliding commission scale.
- Access hundreds of mortgage lenders and a robust panel of protection providers.
- Handle properties with values up to £650,000 in an area where 120 properties are sold monthly.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in offering mortgage and protection advice is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Clean credit and compliance history, along with a full UK driving license.
- Estate agency experience preferred, but bank or building society-based advisors are welcome to apply.
