Salary: Up to £30,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
OTE: £50,000 – £60,000 (Top Broker earned £94,000)
Overview:

This role offers you the flexibility to manage your own diary, work from home or the office, and handle hot prequalified leads from dedicated introducers, as well as having full access to the existing clients. With a minimum earnings potential of £60k, it’s an opportunity for a self-disciplined individual seeking a balanced work/life approach.
Main Duties:
As a fully CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely or from an established estate agency office in Leeds. Collaborate with our team of professional introducers to offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients. Enjoy the freedom to manage your own diary and access to a steady stream of excellent leads.
Working remotely, you will receive 7-10 new mortgage leads per week, as well as allowing full access to the largely untapped client base, where remortgage advice is required.
You will offer whole of market advice on mortgages with hundreds of mortgage products as your disposal. Not only will you have access to all of the market for mortgage advice but also a panel of 5 life companies, to be able to offer advice on the mortgage related protection products including life, life and critical illness and income protection.
Key Skills:
We’re on the lookout for experienced Mortgage Advisors or Mortgage Brokers with a proven track record in offering mortgage advice to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess CeMAP or MAQ qualifications, a clean credit history, and a full driving license. The ability to work autonomously and without constant supervision is essential.
