🏙 Mortgage Advisor in Cardiff – Ref: J1577MBBMC 🏙
💰 Remuneration:
- Basic: £27,000 – £31,000
- Car allowance, pension, DIS.
- Bonus & commission
- OTE £50,000 – £60,000
📌 Overview:
- Join a well-known estate agency in Cardiff.
- Handle mortgages up to £400k, average property value £200k.
- Bank £110k – £130k; earnings potential £50,000 – £65,000.
📋 Main Duties:
- Collaborate with introducers to contact clients and review their mortgages and protection policies.
- Offer regulated advice on mortgages and protection products.
- Access fresh leads and an extensive client database.
- Target: 8 first appointments per week; aim to write 2 mortgages with an average case size of £1,800.
🔑 Key Skills:
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Excellent knowledge of mortgages and products.
- Mortgage sales experience; CeMAP, CF6, MAQ qualification with CAS is a plus.
