Overview:
Mortgage Advisor vacancy in Staines, for an experienced mortgage professional to work on a hybrid basis, spending 2-3 days a week in the office and the remaining time from home, dealing with mortgage leads referred daily.
Working for a market leading estate agency brand and branch, the team of estate agency staff will refer 8-12 new mortgage leads a week, as well as allowing unlimited access to the existing client base.
This market leading estate agency will offer an experienced mortgage advisor to bank £10,000 – £15,000 a month, offering earnings of £4,800 to £7,000 a month.
Main Duties:
Our client is an established mortgage broker firm that has been trading for over 10 years and now has over 40 employees, require an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to work alongside an independently owned market leading estate agency brand in the Staines area.
Working on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days a week in the busy Staines office and the remaining from home, dealing with clients remotely, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
In the Staines area, the average property size is £470k, however, you will be expected to deal with properties of up to £1.2m. because of the large property values, the average case size ranges from £2,500 – £3,500.
With the estate agency branch being responsible for filling your diary with high quality leads, as the only mortgage advisor or mortgage broker you should be looking to bank over £160k, giving an earnings potential of £80k plus, the top brokers earn over £150k.
As well as high quality leads, as a mortgage advisor you will receive mortgage administrative support, to ensure that your valuable time is offering advice rather than chasing documentation.
Key Skills:
You must be an experienced mortgage professional possessing at least 2 years in offering mortgage advice, ideally working with a professional introducer.
Due to the high quality of leads and clients as an experienced mortgage advisor you should be experienced in banking over £100,000 per annum and previous experience in dealing with HNW clients would be an advantage.
As you are an experienced mortgage broker you should possess the full CeMAP, possess a clean credit history, a full UK driving licence and no criminal convictions is essential.
Remuneration:
Based on the lead generation on offer £65,000 – £85,000 is a realistic OT.
