- £26,000 – £30,000 basic, plus car/car allowance
- OTE £65,000 year 1, £90,000 year 2
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join a highly respected HNW estate agency in East Horsley. This hybrid role involves working both remotely and in the busy HNW office, catering to high-net-worth clients.
Main Duties: Due to the retirement of a senior advisor, you’ll step into a key role covering the East Horsley branch 3-4 days a week, Monday to Friday. With a basic salary up to £30,000 plus car allowance, you’ll earn commissions on all business banked. The existing team averages £170,000 – £250,000 annually. In year one, target banking is £150,000 – £170,000, earning you £65,000, with the potential to exceed £90,000 from year 2 onwards.
As a Mortgage Advisor dealing with HNW clients and properties exceeding £1 million, you’ll proactively work with introducers and review existing mortgages and protection policies. Fresh leads will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Skills:
- Essential: CeMAP qualification and CAS, with prior experience in mortgage advice.
- Advantageous: Previous estate agency experience.
- Necessities: Home office setup, an easy commute to East Horsley, clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
- Advantageous: Previous experience banking over £150k per annum.
