Job Title: European Mortgage Advisor – West London
Location: West London
Remuneration:
To £40,000 plus full benefits and OTE of £80k plus
Job Summary:
Are you a passionate and experienced mortgage advisor with a strong understanding of the European mortgage market? We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing team in West London. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients across Europe, helping them navigate the complexities of securing the right mortgage for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Joining the existing team of European mortgage and protection brokers in the London office, you will concentrate on dealing with mortgages in Monaco, France, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Norway and Germany.
- Advise clients on a wide range of European mortgage products, including residential, buy-to-let, and investment properties.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor solutions to individual circumstances.
- Secure competitive mortgage rates and terms from a network of European lenders.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring smooth and efficient completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in the European mortgage market.
- Contribute to the growth of the mortgage team by exceeding targets and generating new business.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a mortgage advisor, ideally with a focus on the European market.
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification required.
- Strong knowledge of European mortgage products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving results.
